Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. The class, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing. No yoga experience is necessary, although it’s advisable to speak with your physician before beginning any new exercise program during pregnancy. All Levels

Includes gentle movements, breathing techniques and meditation. Safety and ease are primary, with modifications to fit individual needs. Building and strengthening on basic Hatha yoga practice with a dash of yin yoga. Recommended for people healing an injury or pregnant. Level I & II
Yoga Village (TBA)
Vinyasa is the form the Sanskrit vi-"in a special way," and nyasa "to place". Literally, "to place in a special way." Vinyasa is a flowing movement that links one yoga posture to another like a dance, using sun salutations, dynamic breathing and long, holdings. Each part of the body (inside and out) is explored and worked in a deep and mindful way. This practice builds strength, tones and detoxifies. Vinyasa is a fun and creative practice requiring focus and dedication. Level I & II

Drop into a deeply relaxing space by letting go of tension in these fully supported and restorative postures, to help you gain the equilibrium of your body/spirit and allow deep surrender and incredible opening. Each class practices about 15 postures held for long periods of time, fully supported by blankets, bolsters and props. Also, centering techniques, breathwork, meditation and guided visualizations will be explored. Prefect for beginners and those recovering from injuries. All levels welcome.

Designed to teach not only an overall conditioning program but focus on strengthening, opening and balancing muscle groups and movements specific to your game thus enhancing performance. The mental acuity developed through this program will take your game to new levels. Whether your a runner or a golfer trying to better your game this class will be individualized for each students needs. All levels welcome (Previous yoga experience strongly recommended).

A challenging class of the primary series of led Ashtanga yoga; uses an intense breathing technique with special attention paid to alignment. Flow through a variety of Sun Saluations, standing, and seated poses at the pace and intensity of a challenging vinyasa class. All levels welcome. (Previous yoga experience strongly recommended)

For ages 4-7, have your little yogis join us as we nuture each of their unique spirits through yogic games, songs and stories. Your child will travel to distant lands through imginative play and creative projects based on selected yogic topic. Compassion, empathy and shared mission will inspire a community feel to the class. Group yoga poses, music and meditation will transform your child's body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome. Drop-ins welcome, too.
- Level I - Appropriate for a beginner and those students looking for a simple uncomplicated yoga practice. Props may be used to create comfortable and proper alignment.
- Level II - Moderate. Classes may be at a faster paced, require more strength, and/or poses may be held longer duration. A basic understanding of foot position and aligenment necessary. Props may be used.
- Level III - Advanced. Requires mastery over the general classical poses. Increased ability in strength, flexibility, and advanced knowledge of alignment necessary. Classes may include inversions, extreme twists, advanced arm balences and backbends. Props may be used.
